Xiaomi has introduced a new series of smartphones in India with the launch of Redmi Y1 and Redmi Y1 Lite. Redmi Y1 is totally youth centric phone comes with a 16-megapixel front camera, complete with a LED selfie light. And its sibling, the Redmi Y1 lite features a 5 MP camera at the front. The design of both phones look like a rebranded Redmi Note 5A. If you are looking for a large screen selfie phone under Rs 10,000, Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is a great choice for you.
Both phones looks sexy and premium at the hand. There’s a 5.5-inch HD 720×1280 pixels) display up front which is protected by a Gorilla Glass. It’s powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor and Adreno 505 GPU. At the back you can see a 13-megapixel camera with PDAF and dual-LED flash.
